Toni J. Collier

Toni Collier is the founder of an international women’s ministry called Broken Crayons Still Color, which helps women process through brokenness and get to hope. She is a Speaker, Host, soon-to-be Author of Brave Enough to be Broken and consultant that has helped organizations with creative marketing, leadership, student ministry, and strategic planning. Toni is teaching people all over the globe that you can be broken and worthy and unqualified and still called to do great things. She doesn’t want you to just face your demons, she wants you to quash the illusion of your brokenness so you can live the most colorful life possible, on and off stage.

Teresa Whitaker

Speaker

Teresa Whitaker began her career in television in 1987 as a production assistant. Not long after she became a reporter, Teresa was promoted to the anchor desk. She’s anchored mornings and weekends, and at noon. She now co-anchors the 5, 6 and 11 p.m. newscasts weeknights. Teresa is passionate about service and is an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. She now serves on the Membership Service Committee and the
Delta Prayer Team. Teresa has also served on the Columbus Area Habitat for Humanity Board of Directors where she served on the Faith Committee and the Public Relations / Fundraising Committee.
Teresa’s work has been recognized by several organizations including the Associated Press,
NAACP, and Toastmasters International, Sister’s Inc., and Girl Scouts. She earned her Associate of Arts degree from CVCC, where she was inducted into the Alumni Hall of Fame. She earned her BA in Mass Communications, emphasis in Broadcast Journalism from West Georgia College
(now known as the University of West Georgia). She’s a graduate of Kendrick High School.
Teresa is a member of Faith Nation (formerly Bridge Church of Columbus) under the leadership of Pastor Vince Allen, where she accepted her call into the ministry on September 29, 2019.
She’s a published author. Her first book, “Behind The Smile: What The Camera Could Not
Capture” was published in January 2021. She credits God with helping her go from the
bondage of insecurity and low self-esteem to a confident and FREE Woman of God.

Monica Coleman

Host

​As Lady of the house here at New Birth Outreach Church, Monica leads beside her husband, Pastor Carlos Coleman, in sharing the love of Jesus throughout this community. Monica has a heart for all of God's children, especially His daughters, to know His heart and to know His purpose for their lives. Her prayer is that Unite Conference will bring women from all ages and backgrounds to gather together in unity celebrating and encouraging each other to be all God has called them to be.
